• Project manager for public sector client engagements, including IT needs assessments, ERP replacements, and strategic operations projects.
• Conduct executive and other stakeholder interviews to define workflows and system needs.
• Define end-user use cases and system requirements.
• Manage a project schedule and budget, covering change management, configuration, testing, and go live.
• Leading vendor liaison program for the IT & Infrastructure Public Sector Team, responsible for conducting quarterly information-sharing meetings with vendors.

•Analyzed system processes for stakeholders (Chicago Police Department, City of Chicago Mayor’s Office, Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office) to improve workflows and advance data transparency.
•Designed digestible process maps for audiences at various skill levels.
•Produced high quality memos, reports, and presentations for partners, the media, funders, and staff.
•Tracked project progress and deliverables while offering clear, concise updates to stakeholders.

Embedded research analyst (chicago police department)

•Mastered Chicago Police Department technical tools and programs in order to educate staff on implementation and communicate technical solutions.
•Synthesized raw crime data and presented findings to upper CPD management to recommend appropriate staffing for historically violent weekends in Chicago.
•Built a dashboard visualizing Consent Decree metrics and responded to external requests for new feature implementation, while also monitoring key performance indicators.
•Created data dashboard to evaluate Narcan training which resulted in analyzing officer response time on the city’s west side.
